Embodying Safe Authenticity

Supporting your healing and recovery journey from trauma, abuse and anxiety

Hello and welcome!

I’m Samasati, a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor and Trauma & Grief Specialist. I’m also a survivor of abuse and understand firsthand how intricate the healing process can be. It is my heart’s mission to help others heal from complex trauma in a holistic, creative & somatically integrated way so that they may reclaim their empowerment, peace and joy.

If you:

  • feel like you don’t have a voice

  • have low self-esteem

  • struggle with anxiety

  • experience hyper-sensitivity

  • believe you are a burden or “too much”

  • have a loud and relentless inner critic

  • experienced abuse, neglect or emotional dismissal

  • gravitate towards self-blame and shame

Please know that this is a soft place to land.

My work prioritizes on healing trauma on a nervous system level, implementing healthy boundaries and cultivating self-compassionate inner dialogue.

You are worthy of experiencing an autonomous, authentic and empowered lifestyle.

  • Trauma / PTSD

  • Narcissistic Abuse

  • Spiritual / Religious / Cult Abuse

  • Sexuality (Trauma, Abuse, Identity)

  • Anxiety & Overwhelm

Together, we can work through:

Healing is not a one-size-fits-all journey...

Healing is nuanced, complicated and entirely unique to each individual. And whatever your healing journey may be, just know that you do not have to do it alone.

A human need of ours is to connect with others emotionally, to be understood and accepted for our authentic nature. This is a space where your authenticity is supported. This is a space where you are welcome to be yourself and learn to relish who you are. You are not meant to be anyone but you. Who you are is not a mistake. Who you are is completely, utterly and innately worthy of love and belonging.

"Trauma is a fact of life. It does not, however, have to be a life sentence"

— Peter Levine
